TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE

0. BEST PRICE GUARANTEE 
If a customer finds the same service they have already purchased from Travlet, with the same conditions and at a lower price online, Travlet shall pay the customer, on a voluntary basis, the difference between the price paid and the lower price found on the internet by the customer.

The following terms apply:

  1. Our Best Price Guarantee only applies to lower prices found on the internet
  2. The lower priced service must:
    1. Be available to book/buy at the time you contact us
    2. Match the service you've purchased from us - with the same: features, service, inclusions, date, time & location)
    3. Be subject to the same booking and cancellation policies
  3. Any refund, in part or in whole, must be paid back to the payment method used when making the original purchase.
  4. Refunds will be made in the same currency as the original purchase. Customers are liable for any exchange rate fee's levied by their card - if applicable.
  5. The best Rate Guarantee is offered entirely at Travlets discretion and any claims paid entirely at Travlets discretion.


1. WHO YOU ARE BUYING FROM 
All tickets purchased from this website are sold by Travlet Ltd, Unit 2.05, 12-18 Hoxton Street, London, N1 6NG company number 11550034 ("Travlet").

Travlet is an authorised reseller of tickets. By purchasing a ticket you are contracting with Travlet, not the brand on this website. 


2. CUSTOMER DATA
The brand on this website is the data controller for all personal data collected, including data relating to your purchase of tickets but excluding payment card data (i.e. the sixteen digit card number, expiry date and three digit security code), and reserves the right to make changes to these policies from time to time to accommodate new technologies, industry practices, regulatory requirements and for any other legitimate and lawful purpose. Travlet has engaged Stripe Payments Europe Limited ("Stripe") to securely process transactions made on this website that require use of a payment card. Stripe carries out its obligations related to the processing of payments and ensures Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards have been met. 3. PRICING 
All prices are inclusive of legally applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. Ticket prices on this website are subject to change at any time prior to placing your order. Any additional booking fees, delivery fees, service charges and venue facility fees will be indicated to you prior to placing your order.


4. NO REFUNDS 
In the event of cancellation or rescheduling of the applicable event, venue management and/or Travlet shall not be required to issue you a refund, provided that you are given the right to attend a rescheduled performance of the same event, or to exchange this ticket for a ticket that is comparable in price and location with another similar event within 12 months of the originally scheduled event.


5. ALTERATIONS 
Performance dates, times, prices and cast are subject to change without notice. The seat allocated at time of booking is subject to change and Travlet are entitled to issue a new seat of equivalent value and quality.


6. USE OF TICKET
Tickets cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed and are only valid only for the event, timed entry (for non-seated events) and allocated seat for which it is issued. This ticket is not redeemable for cash. You agree by the use of this ticket, not to transmit or aid in transmitting any description, account, picture or reproduction of the event to which this ticket is issued. You grant permission to the organisation sponsoring, presenting and/or producing the event for which the ticket is issued, to utilise your image or likeness in connection with any live or recorded video or other transmission or reproduction of the event for which this ticket is issued, in perpetuity, throughout the universe, in all languages, and in all media now known or hereafter devised. Please note that unless otherwise stated on this website, delivery estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed delivery times and should not be relied upon as such. 


7. LIABILITY
You voluntarily assume all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued. Whether occurring prior to, during or after the event. You voluntarily agree that the venue management facility, Travlet, and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, officers, directors, owners and employees (collectively, the "Released Parties") are expressly released by You from any claims arising from such causes, other than liability for death or personal injury caused by the Released Parties' negligence. 


8. ADMISSION
Venue management and Travlet reserves the right, without the refund of any portion of the ticket purchase price, to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management to be disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language or who fails to comply with the terms and conditions herein. 


9. APPLICABLE LAW 
These terms of purchase shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of London, England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any actions or claims under these terms of use and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts; provided that nothing herein shall prevent the application and enforcement of mandatory and applicable law. If any of these Terms and Conditions of Sale are deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
