Cancellation Policy

1\. If you test positive for COVID-19, display symptoms, or are asked to isolate by NHS Test and Trace you can exchange your tickets.
2\. If the show is cancelled due to COVID-19 or any other reason, you will be offered a free exchange or refund.
3\. If the show is going ahead and you are able to attend, there will be no exchange or refund available.

How Does It Work

You will receive a confirmation email for collect at the box office tickets.  Please print the confirmation and bring it on the day, a minimum of 30 minutes before the performance start time. You will also need to present a valid ID something with your name on it e.g. bank card, driving license.

Early Bird Offer: Book 4 months or more in advance and save £20 on selected tickets for Monday - Thursday performances (subject to availability).

Seat Selection Info

As capacity restrictions are lifted, we ask that all audience members bring with them proof of double-vaccination, a recent negative lateral flow test or natural immunity. Simple ways to demonstrate proof include the NHS COVID Pass, NHS COVID-19 test notification, or an internationally recognised equivalent.

Suitable For Children

Children are welcome at all Delfont Mackintosh Theatres, but this may be subject to individual production age restrictions due to content. If any age restrictions for productions apply we shall advise you prior to the performance.

All persons aged under 16 must be accompanied and sat next to the accompanying adult. They may not sit on their own within the auditorium. If children do have separate seats, entry could be refused.

All patrons, regardless of age, must present a valid ticket to gain entry to the theatre. Please ensure that any children or infants for whom you are responsible also have a valid ticket. Your child should be able to sit unaided within the purchased seat. We do not allow children to be seated on an adult’s lap or babes in arms.
